Lebanon’s exports to Iraq top $595M in Q2 2026

Lebanon's exports to Iraq jumped 67.2% in the second quarter of 2026, reaching about $597 million, according to Trade Map data from the International Trade Centre.
Total exports rose from $357 million in the first quarter, an increase of $240 million in just three months.
Gold, including unwrought gold and gold that had not undergone further processing, led Lebanon's exports to Iraq, surging from around $34 million in the first quarter to about $204 million in the second.
Other key exports included copper waste and scrap, unwrought lead, phosphate fertilizers, electrical transformers, natural calcium phosphates, aluminum and iron scrap, clothing, and prepared fruits and nuts.
