Israel kills Iran missile chief, steps up strikes

Israel said Thursday it killed Iran’s ballistic missile commander in a strike on Kermanshah.
The Israeli army said the target was Makram Azimi, who led Iran’s ballistic missile systems, as Israel intensified attacks on long-range missile infrastructure.

He added that strikes on missile production and military industries are ongoing, claiming Iran’s launch capacity has sharply declined. “Israeli forces are also targeting financial networks used to fund regional proxies,” he said.
Earlier today, Brigadier General Mohammad Ali Fath Ali Zadeh, commander of the Fatehin unit of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), was killed, Iran’s military-affiliated Defa news agency reported.
