Saudi Arabia: 13 Corona cases recorded from Iraq and Iran

Shafaq News / The Saudi Ministry of Health confirmed recording 20 confirmed cases of the emerging corona virus, noting that 13 of them were coming from Iraq and Iran

The spokesman of the Saudi Ministry of Health, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abd Al-Aali told reporters that the number of confirmed cases in Saudi Arabia infected with the new corona virus (COVID-19) is 20 cases, of which 10 are   males and 10 are females, and the average age is 47 years, as all cases are for adults and there are no cases for children.

He clarified that 7 cases were linked to coming from Iran, 3 cases were related to coming from Iraq, 3 cases passed through Iraq and Iran, two cases came from Egypt, one case from an American citizen who came from the Philippines and passed through Italy, while the remaining four cases were cases of contact with patients directly.

The Kingdom’s government decided to temporarily suspend the travel of citizens and residents to (the United Arab Emirates, the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Republic of Lebanon, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of South Korea, the Arab Republic of Egypt, Italy, and the Republic of Iraq), to control and limit the spread of Corona virus .
