President Barzani visits the Iraqi Embassy in Abu Dhabi

Shafaq News/ The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, visited earlier today, Saturday, the Iraqi Embassy in Abu Dhabi on the sidelines of his visit to the United Arab Emirates.

According to a readout by the Region's Presidency, President Barzani convened with the Iraqi Ambassador to UAE, Mudhaffar Al-Jubouri, and the personnel of the embassy.

The meeting touched upon the Iraqi-Emirati ties and the conditions of the Iraqi community in UAE, stressing the need to bolster the cooperation prospects between both countries.

President Barzani commended the efforts of the ambassador and the embassy staff, wishing them success in their mission.

For their part, the Ambassador and the staff of the Iraqi diplomatic mission in UAE expressed their appreciation for the Kurdistan President's visit and checking upon the embassy.

President Barzani arrived in Dhabi yesterday, Friday, in his second official visit to the Emirati capital as a President of the Kurdistan Region.
