More than 300 Iraqi refugees returned from Turkey, Ministry of Immigration

Shafaq News/The Office of the Ministry of Immigration and Displacement in Turkey announced on Wednesday the return of (317) Iraqi refugees from Turkey to their areas of origin in the provinces of the country as part of the implementation of the free voluntary return program through the port of Ibrahim Khalil in Zakho district of Dohuk province.

The Director General of the Department of Immigration Affairs in the ministry, Taleb Asghar Dosa, said that "the ministry has returned today a new group of Iraqis in the countries of Diaspora (Turkey) as part of its free voluntary return program," noting that "the return trip for Iraqi refugees was from (Ankara, Samsun and Grom) Turkish provinces. "

Dossa added that "coordination has been done with the Ministry of Transportation at Ibrahim Hebron port to transport returnees from Turkey by land in buses allocated by the ministry to transport them to their places of origin in the country.
