Shafaq News / On Wednesday evening, ISIS terrorists killed a citizen in the outskirts of Khanaqin district in Diyala Governorate, which has recently witnessed unprecedented security tensions.
A security source told Shafaq News Agency, "A group of ISIS terrorist killed a citizen, kidnapped 2 others and burned two vehicles on the outskirts of Khanaqin district, northeast of Diyala".
