Shafaq News/ The Kurdistan Region Security Council reported that it thwarted a plan to release ISIS prisoners.
The council published a video clip showing an ISIS terrorist confessing to planning attacks on the General Directorate of Combating Terrorism in Erbil to release the prisoners of the organization.
