Al-Sulaymaniyah incurs $ 200 million losses in tourism sector

Shafaq News / The Director General of Tourism department in Al-Sulaymaniyah, Ali Raouf, announced on Sunday that financial losses estimated at 200 million US dollars have afflicted the tourism sector in the governorate since the outbreak of COVID-19.
In a press conference held today, Raouf said that 2020 was a year full of problems and crises due to the virus, which caused severe damage to the global economy and several sectors, including tourism.
