Iraq’s President arrives Erbil

Shafaq News/ Iraqi President ,Barham Saleh arrived at Erbil, capital of Kurdistan region, on Monday to meet with the leaders of the region.

It is scheduled for Saleh to discuss of the leaders of the region developments in Iraq, in addition to the draft amendment to the Iraqi constitution, according to what informed sources told Shafaq News.

Thousands of anti-government protesters gathered in central Baghdad on Monday, defying a plea to Prime Minister ,Adel Abdul Mahdi to end protests he says are costing the Iraqi economy billions of dollars and disrupting daily life.
