Forensic Medicine Department in Mosul shut down after registering 13 COVID-19 cases

Shafaq News / A medical source reported, on Thursday, that the Forensic Medicine Department (FMD) in Mosul city, in Nineveh Governorate, was closed after registering 13 COVID-19 cases among its staff.
The source told Shafaq News agency that the infection spread among personnel responsible for burying the bodies of patients who passed away for COVID-19, indicating that the Health Department referred this task to Al-Hamdania Hospital.
