Two explosions were heard in Damascus and its outskirts on Wednesday following air defense interceptions of Iranian missiles, a security source told Shafaq News.
The blasts resulted from air defense interceptions by Israeli, British, or US systems targeting missiles in the region’s airspace, with no casualties or material damage reported.
Shafaq News correspondent noted that similar incidents have occurred in recent weeks, as Damascus has experienced recurring explosions linked to missile interceptions amid ongoing hostilities involving Iran, the United States, and Israel.
