Erbil to prepare for a worsen Covid-19 scenario

Shafaq News / The spokesman for the Kurdish Ministry of Health, Dr. Muhammad Khoshnaw, described on Thursday that the region has entered the most dangerous stage of the spread of the Corona virus.

Khoshnaw said in a statement to the Kurdish "Voice of America" ​​radio station today, that Covid-19 is in its most serious stage,” adding that, “if the situation continues in this way, we will verify the lack of places for the infected cases, in addition to the stress of the medical staff and the inability to continue their work.”

He also emphasized that during this week 500 cases were registered.
