Special ballot starts and security elements head to polls

to the polling stations to cast their votes in the general election a day before the parliamentary elections scheduled to be held starting on the 30th of this month .

The electoral centers for special vote have been opened in all provinces of the country at seven o'clock in the morning to witness security forces and elements of the army voting to cast their ballots.

Ahrar bloc announced on Sunday not to push the military and other security agencies in political issues and participation of soldiers in parliamentary elections .

The Independent Higher Electoral Commission (IHEC) announced yesterday that all involved in the special voting are elements of the security forces , displaced , people in hospitals and prisoners.

IHEC agreed on Monday, with the Ministries of Defense and Transportation to prepare 25 buses at the headquarters of each military bridge in all the provinces to transport voters to polling stations.
