New story about arresting al-Alwani... MP surrendered after running out of ammunition

The Joint Special Operations Command announced that it has arrested MP Ahmed al-Alwani , after attacking a security force tried to arrest his brother , wanted to the security forces .

However, the fight against terrorism, said in a statement reported for “Shafaq News", that “MP Alwani has turned himself in after he ran out of ammunition, in reference to al-Alwani that he participated in an armed clash.

Hundreds of people in Fallujah in Anbar have demonstrated to protest against the arrest of MP Ahmed al-Alwani.

Motahedoun coalition and al-Iraqiya list have denounced the arrest operation.

A security source told “Shafaq News", that “al-Alwani was transferred to the prison at Baghdad airport , while other sources said that al-Alwani has been injured”.
