Terrorists scheming to attack Kirkuk in Ramadan busted

Shafaq News/ The command of the advanced headquarters of the Joint Operations Command in Kirkuk thwarted a plot to target the governorate.
A security source told Shafaq News Agency that security forces apprehended a terrorist cell of seven operatives of ISIS planning to carry out multiple terrorist attacks in Kirkuk during the holy month of Ramadan.
The operation was orchestrated by the Joint Operations Command per the instructions of the Commander, let. Gen. Saad Harbiya, and the field supervision of Aqid Muhammad, the Director of Kirkuk's internal security forces.
