Iraqi Army officer killed in an ISIS attack in Northern Baghdad

Shafaq News/A senior Iraqi army officer was reportedly killed when Islamic State militants attacked a military patrol in the north of Baghdad, a security source said on Sunday.
The source told Shafaq News Agency that a patrol of the 54th brigade of the Iraqi Army was ambushed by an ISIS terrorist group in al-Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad, Killing a captain.
Security forces launched a campaign in al-Tarmiyah to pursue ISIS remnants in the district and arrested senior officials in the terrorist organization.
