A new MP contracted Covid-19

Shafaq News / An informed source said, on Saturday, that a Shabak member in the Iraqi parliament had contracted Corona virus.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, that "the representative of the Shabak MP, Qusay Abbas, tested positive for Covid-19 in Baghdad, and returned to the Nineveh for quarantine."
Many members of the Iraqi parliament were infected with the Corona virus, while the member from Diyala Governorate, Ghaida Kambash died, and she is the first parliamentarian to die of the infection.
The House of Representatives resumed its session last week after several months due to the outbreak in the country, but it also decided to suspend its sessions again to further notice.
