CBI sales in the currency auction stabilized today

Shafaq News/ The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) auctioned about $216 million in foreign currency on Wednesday.

Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that CBI's foreign currency sales in today's auction amounted to $216,156,000 up by wowing 9.79%.

Our correspondent added that 19 banks cashed $72,270,000, while the $142,886,000 went to boost funds abroad in the form of credit and non-cash transactions, with 28 banks and 261 companies meeting those demands.
