Kirkuk police arrests two men for planting explosive devices

Shafaq News / Kirkuk’s police has arrested on Thursday two men who planted two explosive devices near the Governorate’s Police Directorate.
A security source told Shafaq News Agency, that the engineering team dismantled the two devices without causing any damage.
