Basrah crudes ease with a global decline

On Thursday, Iraq’s Basrah crude benchmarks fell in line with a global downturn in oil markets.
Basrah Heavy slipped 9 cents to $64.80 per barrel, while Basrah Medium recorded the same decrease, settling at $65.63.
Brent futures dropped 34 cents, or 0.51%, to $65.91 a barrel by 04:13 GMT. US West Texas Intermediate was down 38 cents, or 0.61%, at $62.17.
