Basra crude prices surge with global oil market uptick

Shafaq News/ On Thursday, Basra Heavy and Intermediate crude oil prices climbed amid the worldwide surge in oil prices.
Basra Heavy crude rose by $1.66, reaching $72.15, while Basra Intermediate settled at $74.80, rising 1.66$
Brent crude futures gained 21 cents, or 0.3%, to $78.09 a barrel by 0505 GMT, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 40 cents, or 0.6%, to $72.96
