Iraq’s Basrah crude benchmarks ended the week lower, mirroring a broader slide in global oil markets.
Basrah Heavy fell 19 cents to $57.73 on Friday, posting a weekly decline of $1.89, or 3.17%.
Basrah Medium shed 19 cents to $59.38, extending its weekly loss to $1.99, or 3.24%.
Brent crude futures settled at $61.12 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate closed at $57.44, down 16 cents.
