Tikrit warns of delayed budget and concerned from lack of projects

The Iraqi annual budget is witnessing this year many obstacles because of the dispute of parliamentary blocs which may delay its approval .
Khaled al- Darraji , member of Salahuddin provincial council told “Shafaq News " that "the operational budget will not work or will not develop any side this year, if the budget was delayed “.
Salahuddin province budget is 473 billion dinars.
The provincial budget has been approved during a meeting last week in Tikrit and considered 400 projects as awaiting for the parliament’s procedures on the Iraqi public budget.
Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki said that under the Constitution , the funds of the budget can be spent in order to complete projects .
