COVID-19 may prevent holding April 20's session after 50 MPs contracted the virus

Shafaq News / MP of the Wisdom bloc, Ali Al-Budairi, revealed that 50 representatives had tested positive for COVID-19.

Al-Budairi told Shafaq News Agency, "holding Parliament sessions on April 20 is very unlikely, due to the high rate of COVID-19 cases among MPs."

The Presidency of the Council of Representatives announced on April 8, the end of the first legislative term of the third legislative year, noting that on April 20, the second legislative term of the third legislative year will begin.
